We work with clients throughout San Diego, and specialize in North County Coastal Real Estate including Carlsbad Real Estate, La Costa Real Estate, Encinitas Real Estate, and Oceanside Real Estate . When you choose to work with Pagni Real Estate, you will be personally working with Chad and Yo Pagni. We personally answer all phone calls and return all e-mails. We do not have a team of buyers agents, listing agents, and assistants. We are hands on during every transaction, and will put our combined 20 years experience to work for you.

We grew up in San Diego, and are exceptionally knowledgeable about San Diego County and its individual communities. Chad was raised in Del Cerro, and Yo was raised in Escondido. We both attended San Diego State University where we met in 1995. We have two wonderful sons, Hudson and Logan, and live in beautiful La Costa Valley in Carlsbad, CA.
